RetirementFlats co uk sold through sedo according to dnforum for £3000
exact searches according to g--gle keyword tool 260

perhaps a message for those who demean domain values solely due to low exact search volume.

thats an everyday word combination so nowt demeaning about that with low search volume, large potential with this domain.

It stood out when I was looking down the thread list. Nice name with a clear purpose. Growing sector too of course.

I bought a .co.uk domain last week for £10K which only has 1,900 exacts. I dont think domains need high exacts to have a good value, its the potential of the domain and what you can do with it.

I own RetirementFlat.co.uk, should I check the whois one its update, they might want both the s and without!

Caught my eye, because it's such a growing market and knew I held one or two myself with "Apartment" .com

David Worth & Bovis builders seem to own the Best "Retirement apartment" UK holders. - Incidently does David Worth post on any forums ?

PS Nice one Mally - I'd wait to see if the Plural is just a SEO project/Hold or something 'concrete' The sad truth is that if the plural was brought for SEO or link building then there won't be the remotest interest in the singular - If it's a concrete build You can reckon on about a grand to the same party

Thank you wb - I might get to know my Nemesis after all. And of course I won't say anything complimentary on a public board.

How funny is that coincedence though - Pleased to see he's only got 3 green-lights to his name - far too damn good for him
