SeedingUp (Teliad?)

Has anyone had any dealing with SeedingUp? From what i gather they used to be called Teliad but recently changed their name? They have contacted me asking to buy some advertising space on one of my sites but can't say I've ever heard of them before so trying to find anyone with some experience of them?

They've been penalised before, hence the name change, would you want your site/s to be associated with them?
