Sky card had a snap in it so I decided to ring up and ask about getting a new one before it snaps even more!
"No problem sir, a new one should be with you in around 5 days"
Fantastic I thought! Goto watch sky and it doesnt work....
Yes you guessed it, they cancelled my current card while I was on the phone. Didnt even tell me! So great, no sky tv for a week.
I would of thought as you have to activate the new card that it would update and cancel the old card at that point.
