Would some be kind enough to provide a link to a Nom transfer form or perhaps email me one - form @ firestars, as Nom appear to have deleted it from their wensite and I dont have one on my Blackberry

Its all electronic now isn't it?

There was a version at j2g.co.uk but that is a parking page now.

Google has cached an html version of the PDF here if that is any help. Its not formatted well...

Can't you use the online process? I am guessing you don't want to or you wouldn't be posting...

I may have a copy of the form on my server at home. If I find it I'll post it.

If you can find it and send it, that would be great. Im sure I have one at home too but im over the other side of the country at work and cant find on online.

I have a sale pending where the customer is not technical, does not have the email address to logon and do the transfer and I want to use the old paper method so as to not scare them off
