I'd bite the buyer's hand off and accept it as fast as you can click.
Trendy.co.uk is a nice name, but it's one of those awkward "semi-brandables" that could be worth a fortune or could never see that level of offers again. Unless you really don't care about the £xx,xxx amount being proffered, best take the money before the offerer changes their mind. Remember, if you counter the buyer can just walk away (even if you ask for just £0.01 more).
I am new to the scene, so taking small steps...
I only owned the another.com portfolio for a few weeks...so, ya - I am a newbie to this game.If you are Another.com then you are no freshman!!

D
I know i'm very new to this, but speaking to a few people something seems well amiss with the way you are acting discod.
Hanging on for more, I would do as Edwin says and bite their hand off, if you have a site called trendy then as soon as the products or trendy things hit it, they actually become less trendy.
Can you show a screen shot of the xx,xxx offer, I'm doubting you can.
I'm guessing you are just some foolish broker type and you will earn the real owner nowt lol
Only my opinion of course, and I would love to be wrong.
huh? just before you had your "doubts"?lol I knew you would post a screen shot.

yup - I did.Hope you don't mind me asking, but does this mean you bought their entire portfolio? That's an interesting topic of its own...
Another is one of those names that was/is forever popping up on the WHOIS when I have been prospecting for names, so I'm sure you have a very nice portfolio there. Good luck with it.
yup - I did.
Regarding your original question, the £10,100 offer seems very good to me for the domain, if you don't have any plans to develop yourself, it would be a good idea to sell for the offer they have made. Chances are you wont get another offer in the near future, and if you where lucky enough to, i don't think it would be any more than this offer.
Obviously by your posting on here and your high counter offer, it looks like you think its worth a lot more to you (maybe you paid over £10k for it yourself?), so your probably best keeping hold of it.
Good luck whatever you decide to do with it.
