UKRAC Elections 2022

    Three UKRAC seats, one from each category of registrars, are up for election for a two-year term.
    Nominations can be submitted between 18 April - 2 May
    Candidates need a Proposer and Seconder that are also Nominet members.

    any link outside the member hub to a list of what the UKRAC has done up until now or is that the only access?

    "We did not receive any nominations from the large segment by the deadline. We will review the options with the UKRAC and Board to determine a suitable way forward" - not great.

    Voting is now open for the UKRAC election

    Voting for candidates standing for election to the UKRAC opened yesterday, 16th May and runs until 7th June 2022. The results of the voting will be announced shortly afterwards with the names of your new Council members. New councillors will be invited to attend the June meeting as observers and will formally take up their seats at the August meeting.

    As a reminder, your candidates are:
    Civica Election Services (CES) is managing the election process. An email with all the information about how to cast your vote was sent to the voting contact email address on Monday 16th May. Please check for an email from CES and if you have not received it contact Nominet with your account details and confirmation of the email address the voting email should be re-sent to.

    If you wish to find out more about the candidates in the running, you can view a recording of the the members webinar ‘Meet the UKRAC Candidates’ held on the 12th May.

    Please take a moment to cast your vote for the candidates you feel are best able to represent you. The UKRAC is an important and interactive group, run by members for members, and by voting you will be influencing the future of .UK. The successful candidates will have the responsibility to work with you, the membership, and provide advice and recommendations to the Board of Nominet.
