If I ever meet a director from this cowboy outfit I will chin them.

I removed card details as I can't do with being charged a month in advance, now because I've done so I can't get back into the account, I just phoned support and asked them to email me a list of my domains and expiry dates, they said I need to add card details before they can tell me a list of domains as they see the same screen.

I left the conversation annoyed and angry and amazed that they would prefer to rather see my domains lost and business lost with them than let me gain access to my domains. F***** COWBOY OUTFIT! It's disgusting behaviour. SCUM!

Why should I get charged £30 etc from the banks in a month that I'm moving just to placate this bunch of ****holes. UKREG - avoid like the plague. As I was hanging up I told support to do one using the typical South London seven letter cheerio, hopefully they didn't hear that, it's not their fault the company is run by idiots and blackmailers.

SCUM!

Why is it no other registrar needs to stoop so low? godaddy doesn't, even 1and1 don't, heartinternet doesn't nor do 123reg, bully boy, scare tactics, blackmailing, thieving, running scared cowboy outfit.

Yes it can be problematical. Had a job moving a clients domain out from them because his credit card, had expired, been cancelled, or withdrawn or something. Had to put my own in the end. However you've had to involve support, for something that could have been done automatically - which they will hate!

Umm not good news. With all the negative I've seen on 123-reg I've since started using ukreg.

We need a recommend a domain company post!!

There seems to be a lot of buzz with heartinternet at the moment.

If the names good though and I know it will make some money, I'd rather pay double and go with Moniker. Although I haven't done this yet :p
