Warning user a PayPal account is being created.

For any of you who run e-commerce sites using PayPal - a question: do you warn the customer that if they don't have a PayPal account and opt to pay via ccCard that in effect they are having a PayPal account created on the fly in order to make the payment.. hope that makes sense.

That's no longer the case: you can choose not to create an account after paying by card.
