Any ideas for this or if it's got any value? Brandable for a self defense school? I'm guessing if it was a .com it would be worth a fortune to a USA based gun company :)

My first thought is those movie replica weapons things? Know the types? Might be some worth there? :)

I like the domain though actually.

it's got value but because they're all but illegal here and we're nothing like the states, thank God, I think the value of the .co.uk to the .com in this case would be a tiny fraction. a nanopercent
more for information site
i guess to someone it's worth very low x,xxx on it's day

i've got weaponry.org.uk for sale if interested?
i didn't pitch it well did I? lol

I bought up a stack of names like this bomb, semtex, handgrenades, bomber, icbm etc as they are brandable, but its hard to brand this name.

On a reseller like myself, I'd say below the 500, end user should you find someone who could have a use probably early x,xxx.

Odd - I thought I remember this domain on sale or sold for £10K - I thought Scott Jones owned it. Maybe I am completely bonkers :p

I was looking at it and the singular, the owner of the singular has turned down £2K if I recall.

In any respects I think its criminal (excuse the pun) to let it go waste. A history of weapons etc would bring in much more traffic which could be monetised for adsense, as well as amazon - books on weapons, replicas, movie props etc etc, but I am guessing you would have to shell out a lot of content writing.

He recently bought a substantial portfolio from him I think so probably shifting the ones he didn't have instant plans for.

Only way to go i think is a martial arts supply store.

Was going to say the exact same as Caz, martial arts weapons looks to be a safe bet (oh the irony!)

I bought it off Scott and my wife made me sell it!! Been around that one

Looking at the search history for weapons.co.uk, was previously owned by...

Edwin
Scott J
Rob
Barry
Scott S

Been around a bit - the 'domain bicycle' of the forum? ;)

Any one recall what it sold for at any point in it's life? This was part of the portfolio I brought from Barry, I was just wondering if it had any value?

I could never see a self defence club using it as it's to agressive but a site selling martial art weapons defintely.

I would say reseller £500 and end user £5000, I think your best shot would be a company that supplies the police.

Good luck

V.C.R.Act 2006 Part 2 squashed the replicas etc Doubt any left would spend the money…..

Think about a stroll around DSEi, ExCel centre in London's September 13-16 every weapon of every type is on sale there 1,300 exhibitors all wanting to stand out could be you best bet….

You could try the likes of Purdey James, Holland & Holland etc might be a long shot though ...
