Website Review

Hi People, just looking for a review on my website autocleaner.co.uk

Its not responsive at the moment, the theme does have a responsive setting, but have turned it off as really don't like it. Been looking for a mobile wp theme, but haven't come across one I like yet. So just looking for some thoughts on the desktop version.

I don't know what to say.. its terrible, yet its probably good enough. The colour scheme looks like it is trying to hang off the back of autotrader, nowt wrong with that

The question is - is it worth spending time and money making it the *best* site ever considering the service your offering.

I've sold a couple of websites on this theme before, will have to see how this one goes.

The wording of 'The key part......' on home page is all wrong. It sounds like corporate BS, not a company who cleans cars. Change it to something like 'Car Valet service in (location) using on the best environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals.'

Also, you may want to look at the pricing. Paying the same for a big 4x4 as a Citroen C1 may annoy some people.

There is also no location on there. Are you based near me, or up't North? London or Birmingham, or is it a UK wide service?

I also wouldnt recommend pushing a theme out commercially unless you can support it since the original creators look to have gone bust, never a good situation for potential security risks.

Not responsive, putting who ever your selling these things to years behind the game before they start, glorified business card at most.

Autotrader, I knew it reminded me of something but couldn't put my finger on it.

I don't think it looks too bad. Once it has a phone number in the header and opening times and location somewhere it'll probably look "more fleshed out" for want of some better words. Seems to tell you what you need to know otherwise.

Also are they genuine prices, and do people book online for a car wash? Just wondered because most car washes I know are empty when it's pissing hard. Genuinely interested to know, they're not questions to pick holes or anything.

Hi, They where just the average prices from what I seen on other car cleaning sites. Most have an online booking system too.
