Turned out to be an amalgam (with a few changes) borrowing from both Banlieu 13 ("District 13") and the follow-up Banlieu 13: Ultimatum ("District 13: Ultimatum")

They paid a lot of money for that domain, can't remember the exact figure and a couple of weeks ago I was talking to someone who told me the website including a year of maintenance costed them 2.5 million Euro.
