On Thursday evening I registered some .uk domains with 123-reg. Usually they show up within 5 minutes of registation. But nothing.
I then emailed 123-reg at 8am on Friday. Heard nothing, so contacted them again with my tricket at 8pm on Friday night.

well, never thought of getting a tag. don't i then have to pay for that and also don't i then need to have my own server for all of this.
but if there is a long term saving to be gained, then I am all ears!
but 123-reg does not allow bulk control of domains so you have to make changes each time.
that's ok for a few, but when you have 100s, it is really poor they don't offer any bulk commands.
After 8 years of using 123-reg, I think it is time to find another company to use for my .uk registrations.
I've got 800 plus domains and want to be able to do certain batch commands so that the same thing applies to all of them.
eg: I want to be able to change dns and rather than doing...

I usually check my renewals and I'm sure it was showing the correct renewal date the day after I renewed, so there must have been some breadown between 123-reg and Nominet.

So I looked at my invoices from 123-reg and they are all paid for and of course my debit card has also been charged by them when I renewed it...
