Nominet login error

Anyone else having problems logging in to Nominet online services?

I tried earlier but got a white screen with a message, another tag holder told me thy logged in with no problems, tried again just now and I'm still getting a white page with this message on it:

Whitelabel Error Page
This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

No message available
 
Have had this problem twice today, but both times was able to login in at second time of trying.
 
Thanks mate, not just my end then, just woried I'll get locked out if I keep trying to login, but maybe it doesn't register it as a login attempt if the error page comes up?

What are you doing exactly when you get that page, hitting the back button just once to go back to the 2FA code page, or going back two pages where you put in your email and password again first?

Just logged in to check and got the above!

Had to go back to email password and then 2FA to get in, but did get in.
 
Had the same problem and advised Nominet who replied:-

Firstly, I do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

We are aware that a small number of registrars are experiencing login issues with our online services'. But please rest assured we are looking at it as a priority and will get back to you as soon as possible once we have more information.

Thanks @diablo and @almond, I'll try again later, although they've probably gone home for the day now, so may be fixed tomorrow, cheers.
 
Finally managed to login, tried clicking back to enter 2FA again, but that told me I had to enter my email and password again, did that and it let me in that time.
 
Maybe those 5 people have not been in work today, maybe they wanted to show us what it was like when they were off on the same day?
 
Yep, i have been having this problem on and off for a while.
 
Unfortunately only Russell Haworth or Mark Wood can fix it apparently. They'll probably just remove it altogether as it's not necessary :p
This organisation would fall apart without them. Seriously.
You can tell if one of them is on holiday – whitelabel errors, queues at Dover, global warming
 
But rest assured there will be women with no technology experience (hired because.. well reasons) apparently on hand to not be able to fix it. Who says they can't like shoes *and* ignore problems at the same time?!
