I have "mens" and "ladies" related .co.uk names that would form a nice little network of ppc/affiliate sites...

mensjackets.co.uk - Recently re-included in index, just needs to be ranked.
menshats.co.uk - page 4, position 10 (recently re-included too)
mensfleece.co.uk - page 1, position 8
menswaistcoat.co.uk - page 1, position 8
menstie.co.uk - page 1, position 9.
mensnecklace.co.uk - page 2, position 8

ladiesfleece.co.uk - to be developed

In total, if you add up all the searches for these names, Google estimates the traffic to be in excess of 231,000 exact searches a month.

I paid £320 for menshats.co.uk and mensjackets.co.uk domain names. The others I bought at reg fee and I spent about £30 on each site.

In total my investment was:

£320 two names
£42 domain names
£270 on content

Total: £632

Unfortunately I'm too busy to complete the network and rank the sites. I'm offering all the names and sites for £650 via Bank Transfer or £700 via Paypal. Buyer pays Nominet fees.

This is a great bargain, especially for someone who wants to invest in a network and take these sites to the next level.
