Improve Acorn Acorn Update

I wanted to give a quick update on what's happening with Acorn's development. As you may have seen, we now have Buy Now at the navbar. We're working on something similar to the auctions feed, but for buy-now domains. We want you to compare prices and domains between the marketplaces to choose the best one. We're also thinking of creating some sort of AcornValuation tool to order domains by best value or stats.

I also think the design could use some rework. What do you think should be changed or revamped for a clearer data dump?

It is currently on hold, though. We need a huge investment in resources (a single marketplace can have millions of domains). Hence, we are shifting some of the logic to Python so that we can better utilize our resources. Before, it was all PHP for the auctions feed.

Great update!! Apologies for pushing you making these, instead of working on Acorn feeds

.. is there an eta for the migration? .. an estimated time on completion? tx

@ukbackorder do you also have 'Buy Now' listings or is all about 'auctions' for you and your members?

quick update.. currently @Admin is up to both his elbows in work.. currently estimated the live auction feed migration to python is estimated to be completed by Sunday.. of course, you never know .. this will allow our system updating the date more regularly (though more probably will come much more processing load.. our resources allow this).
