Not all. Denys and Curon are doing very nicely. They have it sewn up. Well people got what they wanted after all - a fairer system than the DAC

were catching ok, numbers are down, latency is just so variable.

Wouldnt say its fairer, multi 'memberships' exploted the DAC 432 k a day and now its the same with the EPP creates, no change........

So, after a couple of weeks, were looking at our catch stats.

Out latency is pretty much fixed at 1.2ms , or 600 us one way iaw a trace route to Nominets EPP server per instance, it rarely varies more thatn +/- 65 us

but... in trials, catches weve had are all in the range from + 4650 us to minus (yes) -160 us

The hrtime to connect a socket on EPP port 700 is 1300 ms one way and has a bigger variation under load.

Who knows.... nothing is contstant.... the only way I can see it is to blast the server either side of 'expected' responses..
an for sure, 1K a day wont cut it..
