Ideally would suit, a national firm of UK architects or Builders. Or someone with time to build up these relationships and build a business for themselves.
This is a readymade business generating at least 3 leads a day.
The website generates a few types of enquiries every day!
1) Kitchen Extensions
2) Brochure Download
3) Architect requests
4) Builder requests
5% of enquiries send approved plans, have budget approved and are ready to go.
20% of enquiries are just shopping around for ideas (brochure download)
40% of enquiries want a local builder to come and see them about a kitchen extension
15% of these are people that want to build a timber frame house.
The rest is a mixture of architect requests, Garden Pods, help with plot finding etc...
Revenue to date
I managed to sell leads for £1000 a month to a Northern Garden office / Pod developer.
It included a total site takeover.
It soon became apparent that they could not convert the leads into business for 3 reasons.
1) 95% of the enquiries come from the South of England and people wanted a visit.
2) They wanted a kitchen extension or a Self Build project and not a garden office.
3) Generally - The majority of people wanted to meet a local builder or an architect.
For example I have just rec an enquiry from a chap in Glasgow that wants a 4 bedroomed house designing by timber frame architect. He has funding available and a plot of land.
He just needs a phone call to book him in.
What is on sale
The website, previous data, designs, brochures, domains ( I have a few related ones as well which I will throw in.)
