They're using a zero click redirect. Various parking companies seem to have a similar system, and Sedo do to I believe - it's meant for traffic that either can't be monetised at all with a regular page of ads or for which no ads are available. Instead, each visitor is worth a few pennies (or less) but all visitors are paid for. On the other side of the equation are people buying "bulk visitors" to direct traffic to a site.

yeah i'd prob add your domain to my block list since its telling me I need to install a codec pack which usually means spam/malware.
