Would I buy/register it ? - Not in A million years - but guess what it has an edge against anything incorporating 'chocolate as a uk' domain.

The .com is choccywoccydoodah.com and they have a UK trademark for the term "choccywoccydoodah, they also own the .net, .org., .biz and .info for choccywoccydoodah, using the .co.uk even though it has the S on the end, would be a clear case of passing off if it was used for anything to do with chocolates.
