90% don't drop they get auctioned off. Have a look at namejet.com - a status of PreRelease means it's being auctioned there, Pending Delete means it will drop so you'll need to book it with as many dropcatchers as possible.

You might also want to check these sites for backorders:
www.dropcatch.com - You can backorder on here, they have a spreadsheet with all the names that will drop in almost all extensions
www.pheenix.com - Still use, interface not as good as others but does the job, need to be a certified user which allow you to sell names without the usual 45 days transfer delay
www.snapnames.com - hardly use
www.pool.com - Not as good as before in catching names, looks like Namejet and others have taken people away from this one
www.dynadot.com - I have not use this site before
