I have a site in the digital marketing / SEO sector. It has really strong foundations for growth and revenue generation and it could become a very good site for this sector especially as I have one or two strong digital marketing names that could be sold with the site. Currently it sitting on a much less quality domain than others I own for this sector but could be swapped for one of the other names.
The site is
• Built in Wordpress – hence easy to add content to etc
• It has various built in rev streams
• Very solid foundations– including good IA and SEO structure
• 80 + pages of unique, informative copy written by specialists
There is scope for the buyer to buy and develop/monetise the site in various ways and I have some good ideas on how this could be done really well.
Currently the site has low traffic and no revenue which is because I built it as a development project with a view to growing it and gaining awareness via SEO/digital marketing but I never got round to doing the SEO/digital marketing activity as my time was taken up with work.
I am now focusing on other areas and whilst I would ideally still like to develop this site properly – I can’t see myself doing so for a long time, so I think it would be better for me to sell it now to someone who is keen to develop now.
I am looking for good offers in the x,xxx range for the site and one or two high quality digital marketing domains which could be sold with it. Personally I believe one of these names is an exceptionally good name for the sector.
