Domain name case

I really like the new Business and Finance pages, very nice. However, I think they are degraded slightly if you have a domain that is more than one word as you are capitalising only the first word. For example, Theshareshop.co.uk appears at the top of a very slick page and looks slightly odd with just the T in upper case. I feel it would look so much better either all lower case or all upper case i.e. theshareshop.c.uk or THESHARESHOP.CO.UK.

I have petitioned for giving us the ability to determine case before along the lines of TheShareShop.co.uk before but this is slightly different. If we could have the option of default (as it is now) or all upper or all lower case I think it would help the overall effect of the page.

This should be an easy one to rectify. I'm more of an all caps man myself, so should hopefully be done for you by tomorrow afternoon.

On the other note you have been campaigning for, I have also been campaigning for several months on this (internally). You may have noticed that things were pretty quiet over summer - we were in fact doing a huge database changeover, hence the snappier system (bar the server death last week). However, we are now picking up speed, with new templates, new changes to the member area and some really fun stuff coming soon One of them is the CapitaliSation issue which I have so (unheroically) fought for!

Yes roger that! Great new templates. I would like to suggest a few more:

1. property
2. travel

Or how about the ability to create your own template. I.e. change the wording and the graphics. Could be relatively straightforward to implement. Even the templates could be traded between users. I am sure the refinement of the domainer will amount to a more profitable page for all.

We had a bout of fisticuffs in the office as to whether caps, small letters or big at the beginning and small for the rest was best.
Maybe we should have a vote on here.
The new travel pages going up tomorrow will be all small. For the other two pages... um...
Any preferences? Is there a general consensus on this?
Anyone like to challenge someone else to fisticuffs?

I'm not sure whether I prefer upper or lower case but I do know I don't like upper case for the first character with all the others small when the domain is more than one word.

Perhaps we can persuade others to comment...

All letters are small on the new templates.
