NameDrive Domain Parking error

I hope ND support will help me with this here. I have sent 5 emails to parking[at]namedrive.com regarding this but never get any reply.

I have a high earning domain name in my account for almost a year but according to my earliest CSV download which is in
April, the domain was no longer in my account anymore. The parking page has been showing an "Error" text all these while.
I faced the same problem months ago which your colleague accidently placed my domain into other member’s account.

Yeah

I've had a couple that blocked with the 'this domain is blocked' error message displayed, I only found out after a couple of months cos the stats went to zero. Two solutions, i) try Sedo, they seem to less fussy about certain domains or use URL forwarding to a typo of the domain the concerned which you add to your account.

I have tried Sedo, not this name but others. Sedo is stricter.
