Does finding a buyer (or more likely them finding you) make a domain good?

This was an approach out of the blue. The domain obviously meant something to them (and as an end user it is directly related to their business), so it will have a certain value immediately.

When you consider that one-off cost in the whole set of costs associated with a new project, it is minimal.
