Those sites were in a package I bought some weeks ago ( NO RESALE RIGHTS TO THE PACKAGE - can only be resold as a single page with domain name, no resell rights to the package. ). This is the reason why the page design looks familiar to you.
No, there is no Fort Bragg in the UK.
I have not yet heard of any problems because of non-unique content for those sites ( as I have some more... ).
As for stats, as stated, not available. I have only set this one up recently and I am not selling this one for any particular traffic.
