This is a very good domain for the review sector, and would be a cheap buy at mid/high £xxx. Indeed, it's one I looked up to see if it was available before deciding upon Review King for my new review site, but less stingy developers might think about forking out the cash as it would be a good investment.
EDIT - Sorry about commenting in the sales thread, I was looking for the appraisal thread.
