A pleasant surprise was .fr extension for me .. lots of gems are around, and the eur500 seems to be a no brainer sweetspot for selling these.. 500 (not more for the most), as it is super cheap to start a udrp in France, and most domainers wish to avoid this process (France isn't really a domainer-friendly country when it comes to domains).

I am thinking of increasing my LL .lv portfolio, as most of my time spend here, and thinking of future steps here..

Honestly the extension that surprised us the most this year was .IO. It just kept climbing. Every time we checked the numbers there were more AI teams more indie founders and more global startups picking it up. It’s got that clean techy feel strong branding and way fewer abuse headaches than other trendy extensions.
