Are you looking for a name which appeals to the people looking for companies to do work for them such as "Find a Plumber" or are you lokking for domains that attract the companies that are looking for leads such as "Business Leads".

Also, given that you are looking for any service that needs leads, if a cover-all domain (e.g. "Leads.com" although that's not in your budget...) was available, would your budget increase? I know you have provided a ceiling but it sounds like you have a model that works with many verticals and a cover-all would give you the ability to build a brand and simply add service coverage as you grow.
