links dropdown

does anyone know of a plugin for wordpress that allows me to put the links in the sidebar into a dropdown individually by link category.

This can be done thru Javascript. Just try to Google it then put it in a text widget then add it on the sidebar widgets. Let me know if you have problem doing this.

Though it's not a dropdown I use this plug: WP Render Blogroll Links.

You can create as many diff cats as you like and add an image for each (if you want), then use the shortcode [wp-blogroll] in a sidebar text widget

it may be a short term solution 'till you find a dropdown version
