Wanted: Website Looking For Unwanted Sites

I am interested in purchasing sites which have unique content, but where owner might not have time to develop any longer. Some earnings would be nice, although not essential. However sites must be of unique content, .co.uk or .com only and on Wordpress.

Mainly interested in finance related, but open to alternatives.

Budget is mid £xxx

If site has existing earnings and/or traffic please provide history of this.
