Am thinking of offering 'local review' using data from a company like Local Data Company... This will allow registered users to rate and review local businesses, much like touchlocal, trustedplaces, yelp etc... possibly earn points etc.

Will also allow users to message, see people's profiles and join groups.

Would also like to offer businesses a chance to advertise jobs...

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
