Sorry for not posting this earlier. The vast majority of PayPal payments have gone out but the wires have been delayed. The exact opposite of what happened last month
I'm really sorry that it hasn't gone smoothly again, but we've been trying to make sure this will work for several weeks now. Banks banks banks.

Well, maybe in December.
This gives me a good opportunity to point out that we now have our CSV download for your whole portfolio. Not sure who gave the go ahead for the version where it only downloaded the page you were looking at.. ahem.
We also have the header preview for those of you who fancy a bit of optimization. The right header can really change CTR, I've found in my days of optimization.
We also have the payout summary page up.
