just adding funds to unallocated funds section and I see a new pop up powered by stripe.

Do stripe get my details in any way and retain them?

Does this now mean that nom accept bitcoin?

the data sent to stripe can vary depending on the site which is using the payment processor. But you can see what data stores generically here as you would expect from most payment processors that require some data to prevent and check for fraud.
