Not in UK? Just need 5 seconds of your time to test something

Hi

Can anyone not in the UK help me out with this. It's a bit of code i found that is supposed to display your location based on your IP address.

I've tested myself in the UK and it says 'UK' but i'm not sure if its reading my IP address or my servers.

If you could click on the link below and let me know if the location code it displays is correct to where you are

DE for me in UK
[edit]I have two tail suppliers I use and one is saying DE for any IP in their range and the other is saying UK.
[edit 2] if you want an affordable and reliable service check out maxmind geoip: http://www.maxmind.com/app/web_services#country
costs about £0.001 per look up.
