Got an old site for sale that makes its money from AdSense, premium rate calls and a few (<20) subscriptions.

Site has potential - currently spend less than 1hr/week on it - just needs some love, a facelift, upgrading to https:// lots of things really, just totally not had the time for it as involved in other projects.

Site has full verified revenue stats, analytics and such. An actual genuine category leader paying decent monthly revenue.

I'm only looking to sell due to the lack of time for it. Already had one time-waster - don't apply if you don't have the money in the bank - I will out the next one!
