My names are continually in the ownership review state. Any ideas how they can get to the next stage. There should be no issue with the whois details being any different from my details.

Ownership review is a bit of a misnoma actually, it's more we check the traffic to see that everything is OK on the domain. This week, our two main guys on this have been away due to the Easter hols, so I apologise if things have been a bit slow recently. I've just checked the system and it seems that all the P&S domains are cleared through, so hopefully that's sorted now
