Why don't I believe them? they should have got a designer in as well.
My reason for starting this thread was to try to stimulate some discussion about different parking business models.
Sedo, ND, Fab et.c., et.c. offer 'free' parking and then take their rather thick slice of the ppc cake from our domains - our domains, our traffic, not our ppc.
Parketeer may be crap for all I know (apologies to Parketeer for that - no criticism intended) but their business model is different. The domain owner pays a flat monthly fee to park on their system and all the accrued ppc goes to the domain owner. I think it has some merit and so long as everything is transparent I can see it winning out in the long run over the 'thick slice' model.
Does anyone know of any other similar 'pay to park' sites?

Hello All! I found the Parketeer name on Google Alerts and stopped by to look at this forum.
The modifyeteer, leaveteer, and other made-up words follow our corporate name-scheme. They translate into "modify it here" and "leave it here" the same way our domain name search engine translates from findeteer to find it here and the parketeer name translates into "park it here". Even our nameserver are called pointeteer!
Static, I know that you meant no 'static' with me, but AdSense earnings are based on how much the ads are worth. The ads can be influenced by content on the page and the content that we place on your pages helps to stimulate whatever words you are targetting. It's up to you if you want to adjust the optimization of the site or change your keyword focus altogether.
The adsense is 100% yours and we ask for your publisherID so that we can plug it into the adsense code. All clicks and traffic reporting is directly through Google/Yahoo and your checks come directly from them. The money you earn is earned in your adsense account... how's that for transparency!
When you consider that 'free parking' usually doesn't disclose their payout rate, but have a 'generally accepted' payout rate of under 20%.... 5X (or more) your monthly check from them may just help you out. With Parketeer, you can even squeeze out more by changing your optimization and your focus on each of the 13 pages generated for your domain.
The best advantage of Parketeer is that we don't use the philosophy of other companies where "the harder you work, the more we take". With 100% payouts... it pays to drive traffic to your site.
And yes, a designer for the main site would have helped... it's on the list of improvements planned for this system.

Well, even if they don't offer a free taster I think I'll still check it out with one domain - the "the harder I work, the more they make" proposition isn't a very attractive one to me.
So I park one domain at $2 a month and get all the Adsense revenue. In theory that model is a winning one.
I don't care what the design of their home page is like. What counts is the size of the Google cheque.
