What does this mean on a parked page ?

It's when you have framed web-forwarding to a single page, that is "your-domain.co.uk" points to and replaces "some-other-domain.co.uk" in the address bar of the browser.

What browser and o/s you running ?

Most users can see frames, older browsers do have problems with them.
