Here is a potential goldmine in the Pension niche, or it could be repurposed to target SEO.

Currently setup to target pension reviews, sales and annuity claims. The SSL certificate expired in Feb 2018 so the site shows a warning and header errors related to the expired certificate.

The site is fully automated, sending leads to an email address. (It was setup to send the leads into a third-party CRM)
We ran PPC in Mar/Apr/May 2017, with good results.
Revenue for the year was £6,000.
The site with the SSL certificate reinstated the warning would be removed and the site would again receive traffic from Google for the above keywords.
It still sits 5th for: Sell My Pension
(CPC is £2.50+)
We stopped selling the leads in October 2017 because we fell out with the company we were selling the leads to. (Non performance)
We turned the 0800 number off, so calls don't currently get answered.
Calls were counted in the above leads as we simply entered their details into the site. The site has Google Analytics / Webmaster Tools Installed and every leads above is still held on the site.
Correctly done, with the correct lead purchaser, these leads are very valuable.
The site had live chat installed, and a phone number, both of which are off at present.
What is needs is someone to find a lead purchaser and do a deal.
