recommend me an excellent shared / cloud hosting provider

I currently use eukhost.com for shared hosting, who are very cheap and very reliable for the price, however website response time can be sluggish more than once a month. costs £60 a year.

I used to use rapidswitch.com for dedicated servers, who were brilliant, but unfortunately just do dedicated and cost too much.

Would anyone be kind enough to suggest an excellent shared / cloud UK hosting provider, for less than £150 a year. Just need a pretty standard setup with PHP, but where they dont put a s**tload of clients on one server and let them nail the CPU.

Rackspace Cloud has been CAINED by some of my colleagues.

More and more UK hosts are restricting cpu and ram access now due to abuse, cloud would have restrictions too.

Eukhost just launched new eNlight Cloud Hosting which seems pretty impressive as it offers automatic scaling resources. I think you should have to contact them for more information.

I've used several UK hosting services over the years.
Currently, in order of preference I use:

All run UK based servers and reliable.
