We are looking for experienced UK domain professionals to join our volunteer moderator team and serve our community.
AcornDomains.co.uk is run like a true gentlemen’s club - moderated, strict on manners and with respect towards others.
For the first 60 days, you’ll hold the esteemed title "Moderator in Training", advancing to "Moderator" status thereafter.

Your Role:
- Foster valuable discussions on domain investing, hosting, and marketplaces.
- Uphold our forum’s integrity by enforcing safety and our rules fairly, and eliminating spam.
- Help and advise new domainers to strengthen our vibrant UK community.
- Moderating content regularly. Role comes with responsibilities.
Who We Seek:
- Experienced Professionals: Moderators with proven expertise in domain name buying, selling, or investing, and experience in domain-related services (e.g., marketplaces, hosting, registrars, IP law). Fresh domainers need not apply - only legitimate pros.
- Loyal and Engaged: Active members with a long-standing commitment to AcornDomains, demonstrating a strong reporting background (e.g., using the report button with clear reasoning and rule citations).
- Positivity is Essential: A “must-have” trait to ensure members come to the forum happy and leave happier, per our core ethos.
- English: Good written English, tailored to our UK audience, is non-negotiable.
- Company Representatives Welcome: Firm affiliates may apply though must maintain the equal opportunities rule for all members.
