Seems like the precedence is set that you can set up a site like this - which is allowed in the usage policy (can't remember which point, it's 3.something) - so long as you don't profit from the message of the site.

Wonder if they will now go down the legal route. If so, what happens here?
The posts are done confidentially. Would they have to seek (legally) the posters details to pursue them direct? or do they threaten the site owner if they are not removed they will go after them?

I think admin may have some experience here

Is there any diffenence between this site and say, reviews left on tripadvisor?

Oh my god, I'm so glad I didn't know about that site before I had laser eye surgery.
