Siteopia has been set up by the guys who owned Names Co originally after the sold the company a few years back. I am sure you will have heard of NamesCo (the 4th biggest Registrar in the UK at the time they sold)

They are looking to potentially acquire other domain reg and hosting companies so thought it would be worth posting on here for others to see.

Thanks for clarifying, yes, I've heard of NamesCo but only due to seeing their name on drop lists, apart from that I don't know who they are, I didn't even know they were registrars as such, though they were just domainers.
