Have you tried googling? You'll come up with lots of results, there are also lots of hosts who offer this in their hosting plans, say serverpoint.com and siteground.com.

I think all WordPress templates are free, webhost can be useful as some of them are more efficient with te,plates than others, I think there should be the list of recommended WP hosting providers on Wordpress site. Is Serverpoint.com among them?
