Wowsers, can you tell me where I can get all my domains appraised at similar values?

Even the wildly hilarious estibot only says $400 for this name!
 
I do believe the seller is using the Estibot value of "thaifood.com" as the basis for the valuation attributed to this domain.

(That's like using sex.com's valuation to value sekcs.com)
 
Just curious - you listed the domain for $50 and nobody wanted it. Did you then decide it was worth $25,000 or did some other new information come to light?
 
Seriously though, as a long shot maybe you should search for a company name along the lines of T.H.Y. Food?

Or another very slim chance might be to do with 'THY' being an airport/airline code?
