I have an insurance related domain parked with streamic.
I'm getting 1p per click. Now that takes the p*ss. I wonder how much streamic are pocketing??

The parking market is in freefall. RIP. Anyone for adsense??

Perhaps it's a concerted effort to blow away domain portfolio holders by the powers that be. Hold on tight and ride out the storm.

insurance typo domain for me: 6 4 $10.78 ... over $2.50/click on average .... It depends where your traffic is coming from as well as many other factors.

Streamic are the best paying parking company i've used so far.

Hi Pendragon,

I have an insurance related domain parked with streamic.
I'm getting 1p per click.

£0.01 RPC is very rare, but it can occasionally happen. For example, credit.co.uk, which typically can get anything between $137 to $502 RPM (average $371), also can get £0.01 clicks, though again this is rare.

If people do irrelevant searches on those domains, then this kind of thing can happen. If you get in touch I can explain this specific case. We don't cap revenues, we don't arbitrarily set pricing for keywords, the revenue you see is a true reflection of the amount the domain earned.

I wonder how much streamic are pocketing??

There is no way we could compete in this market, at this time, if we were taking a huge slice of the pie. We're a small team, and we give almost everything to our partners.

The parking market is in freefall. RIP.

This is not what we are seeing. Revenues are up across the board for most partners; and system revenues, RPC and RPM remain very solid. Nevertheless, I would say that the parking market is evolving - and we'll be amongst the first to prove that...

If you give me a call / msn / email, I would be happy to have a chat about it :)

James
