I am looking at maybe selling one of my ecommerce sites.
Domain name is wheeliebinstorage(.co.uk). Current revenue YTD is £45,000. 2024 was £90,000. Approximate average margins of 40%.
We currently operate this as a hybrid, half the products are dropship and the other half we stock. You dont need to buy a huge amount of stock in, just a couple of pallets at a time which would have around 12 stores on them, they are modular so can make singles, doubles, triples and quads from that. We have a list of UK based manufacturers of wheelie bin stores for drop shipping at different prices depending on what market you want to target.
All sales are from organic rankings, no PPC or paid socials etc.
We haven't put any time into this for the last few years and are launching more sites around products we manufacture, so this just isn't a priority for us.
Just seeing if there was any interest in this here before deciding on Flippa.
