I find MSN maps better sometimes, at least you can see Peterhead if you zoom out a little bit and switch to Aerial view.

If they have up-to-date photos of your area you can click on the bird's eye view button next to the zoom control and zoom in even more which is pretty cool. You then get a little compass appear below the zoom control and you can see your house from different angles.

When I'm buying a domain I often check out the owners house first using the postcode from the whois to see what price I should open the bidding at

MSN is way better

I much prefer Live maps than google now... since I compared various places around the UK, Live has much clearer maps and you can get angled satalite closeups too...

Although some areas have no images but Google does... strange...
