Remember this is our only chance (once a year) to ask the board questions directly.

Straight after the AGM there is a .uk Roundtable meeting at the same venue:

Anyone know the answer to this?

Say a member had voted in the election online but never at that time chose a proxy, is it fair to say they should have a chance to still appoint a proxy, or do they lose this option?

No sure but one had to apply to appoint a proxy by 20th so it is now moot.

I'm heading to the AGM so will pick my nose on camera or something so you know it's me! (Joke!)
