Wordpress mentor needed

I've 90% completed my first wordpress site and was looking for some advice, appraisal and someone willing to be bombarded with any questions.

What should you disallow in robots.txt for a wordpress site?

and does anyone use a studiopress genesis theme? It has it's own seo settings for each post and wondered whether to use that or the all in one seo plugin.
